依达拉奉联合祛风化痰通络汤对风痰阻络型急性脑梗死患者的疗效

摘要目的探讨依达拉奉联合祛风化痰通络汤对风痰阻络型急性脑梗死患者的疗效。方法选择2013年1月～2015年12月宜春市中医院收治的89例急性脑梗死患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组（45例）和对照组（44例）。对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予依达拉奉，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合中药祛风化痰通络汤。观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗前两组中医证候积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，评分均有所下降，但观察组较对照组下降幅度更明显（P＜0.05）。中医疗效中，观察组总有效率为95.6%，明显优于对照组的72.7%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。神经功能缺损疗效中，观察组总有效率为88.9%，明显优于对照组的70.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前两组Barthel评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，评分均有所提高，但观察组较对照组提高幅度更明显（P＜0.05）。结论依达拉奉联合祛风化痰通络汤治疗风痰阻络型急性脑梗死有助于提高治疗效果。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate effect of Edaravone combined with Qufeng Huatan Tongluo Decoction on patients with wind phlegm type of acute cerebral infarction.Methods89 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Yichun City from January 2013 to December 2015 were divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=44)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with Edaravone on the basis of routine treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with Qufeng Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine based on the treatment of the control group.Therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.ResultsThe difference of TCM syndrome scores before treatment between two groups were not statistically significant(P＞0.05);after treatment,TCM syndrome scores of two groups were decreased,but which in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Among efficacy of Chinese medicine,total efficiency rate in the observation group was 95.6%,significantly better than 72.7%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Among effect of nerve function defect,total effective rate in the observation group was 88.9%,significantly better than 70.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);Barthel scores of two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05);after treatment,scores of two groups were improved,but which in the observation group increased more significantly than that in the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionEdaravone combined with Qufeng Huatan Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of wind phlegm type of acute cerebral infarction is helpful to improve therapeutic effect.
