Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of pregnancy health care on pregnancy and labor complications and pregnancy outcomes in elderly puerpera.MethodsA total of 780 elderly puerpera who were given antenatal care in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.390 pregnant women with the number of antenatal care of more than 7 times(including 7 times)were assigned to the observation group, and 390 pregnant women with the number of antenatal care of less than 7 times were assigned to the control group. The neonatal complications and gestational outcome were compared and analyzed between the two groups during pregnancy and labor.ResultsThe incidence rates of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP),pregnancy-induced hypertension and diabetes mellitus, premature rupture of membranes, preeclampsia, advanced abortion rate, postpartum hemorrhage and perinatal infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the incidence rates of neonatal asphyxia, hypoglycemia, macrosomia, erythrocytosis and hyperbilirubinemia were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of standardized pregnancy health care in elderly puerpera during pregnancy and labor can significantly reduce the incidence rate of complications, and effectively improve the prognosis of delivery, which is suitable for promotion.
