Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical value of C reactive protein (CRP),D-dimer(DD)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in the short-term prognosis of acute pulmonary embolism(PE).Methods30 cases treated in our respiration medicine from October 2014 to October 2016 of acute pulmonary embolism patients were divided into high concentration group(DD>5000 ns/ml,CRP>10 mg/L,BNP>500 ng/L)and low concentration group(DD<4999 ns/ml,CRP<10 mg/L,BNP<500 ng/L),15 cases in each group. The adverse eventin the two groups was recorded and analyzed during treatment and after 3 months.Logistic linear regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the concentration of CRP,DD,BNP and adverse event.ResultsThe number of deaths within 3 months in the high concentration group was significantly higher than that of the low concentration group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The concentration of CRP,BNP in dead patients was significantly higher than those of the survived patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).While the concentration of DD in two groups had no statistically difference(P>0.05).Logistic linear regression analysis showed that the concentration blood CRP,BNP,DD level before treated had a high correlation with death.ConclusionThe concentration of CRP,DD and BNP before treated has a high clinical value in the short-term prognosis of acute pulmonary embolism, and it is worth promoting.
