Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of the whole-course health education mode in diabetes care management.Methods50 patients with diabetes admitted into our inpatient department from January 5th2016 to December 16th2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (whole-course health education)and the control group (regular health education),with 25 cases in each group.The FBG,2 hPG,mastery of knowledge on diabetes,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.ResultsBefore nursing,there were no significantly different between the levels of FBG and 2 hPG in two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the levels of FBG and 2 hPG in observation group was higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mastery of knowledge on diabetes,physical function,psychological function,social function,material life and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe whole-course health education mode is of great significance on diabetics.It is effective on controlling blood glucose level and improving QOL,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
