Effect comparison of Amlodipine Besylate combined with Chaihu plusing Longgu Oyster Decoction or Flupentixol and Melitracen treating primary hypertension complicated with anxiety

Abstract：ObjectiveTo compare the effect of Amlodipine Besylate combined with Chaihu plusing Longgu Oyster Decoction or Flupentixol and Melitracen treating primary hypertension complicated with anxiety.Methods196 patients with primary hypertension complicated with anxiety diagnosed and treated in our department from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and they were divided into Chaihu plusing Longgu Oyster Decoction group and Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets group.Two groups were given Amlodipine Besylate,while Chaihu plusing Longgu Oyster Decoction group was added Chaihu plusing Longgu Oyster Decoction,and Melitracen Tablets group was added Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets.The level of blood pressure and anxiety and depression score of two groups were compared before and after treatment.ResultsCompared with before treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant about the above-mentioned indexes (P<0.05).ConclusionAmlodipine Besylate combined with Chaihu plusing Longgu Oyster Decoction or Flupentixol and Melitracen treating primary hypertension complicated with anxiety.
