三仁汤加减辅助西医治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床效果及安全性分析

摘要目的探讨三仁汤加减辅助治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床效果及安全性。方法随机抽取2015年1月～2016年12月在我院就诊并确诊为冠心病慢性心力衰竭的住院患者68例，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组34例。对照组患者为西医基础治疗，观察组患者为西医基础治疗联合三仁汤加减。观察两组治疗前后6 min步行试验（6-MWT）行走距离、左心室射血分数（LVEF）、左心室收缩末期内径（LVESD）的变化，同时比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为94.11%，对照组为70.60%，两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，与对照组比较，观察组的6 min步行试验行走距离增加，LVEF增高，LVESD降低（P<0.05）。结论三仁汤加减辅助西医治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭有良好的临床效果且安全性良好。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect and safety of Sanren Decoction adding and subtracting for adjuvant treatment of western medicine treating chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease.Methods68 inhospital patients who diagnosed as chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly selected.Patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,and each group was 34 cases.The control group was used basic treatment of western medicine,and the observation group was used basic treatment of western medicine combined with Sanren Decoction adding and subtracting.Before and after treatment,the change of walking distance of 6-MWT,LVEF and LVESD were observed in two groups.After treatment,the treatment effect between two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate in observation group and control group were respectively 94.11%and 70.60%,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the walking distance of the 6 min walking test increased,LVEF increased,and the LVESD decreased (P<0.05).ConclusionSanren Decoction adding and subtracting for adjuvant treatment of western medicine treating chronic heart failure caused by coronary heart disease has good clinical effect and safety.
