社区康复治疗在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者缓解期中的效果分析

摘要目的探讨社区康复治疗在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者缓解期中的应用效果。方法选择2014年7月～2016年2月深圳市光明新区人民医院收治的且由根竹园社康中心督管的112例缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病老年患者作为此次研究对象，随机将全部患者分成对照组与观察组，各有56例，对照组给予常规疗法，观察组给予社区康复治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗1年后患者用力肺活量（FVC）[（1992.58±33.15）ml]与第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值（FEV1/FVC）[（72.33±5.32）%]水平均高于对照组[（1736.52±31.48）ml、（63.68±2.25）%]，SGRQ评分[（37.86±2.24）分]低于对照组[（46.14±2.82）分]；观察组患者急性发作次数要显著少于对照组（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论为老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者实施社区康复治疗具有显著效果，可以明显提高患者肺功能与生存质量，抑制病情恶化，改善预后，值得临床大力推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of community rehabilitation in remission of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 112 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) were enrolled in this study from July 2014 to February 2016 in Guangming New District People′s Hospital.All patients were divided into control group and observation group.There were 56 patients in each group.Routine therapy was given to the control group.The observation group was given community rehabilitation and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results After 1 year,The levels of FVC and FEV1/FVC of patients in the observation group [（1992.58±33.15）ml,(72.33±5.32)%]were higher those in the control group[（1736.52±31.48）ml,（63.68±2.25）%];The SGRQ score of patients in the observation group[（37.86±2.24）points]was lower than that in the control group[（46.14± 2.82）points];The number of acute attack in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. All the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion It has significant effect on community rehabilitation in elderly patients with COPD.It can significantly improve the quality of lung function and the quality of life,inhibit the deterioration of the disease and improve the prognosis.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
