子宫穴上采用音频透药法治疗输卵管堵塞、伞端粘连所致不孕症的效果

摘要目的探讨子宫穴上采用音频透药法治疗输卵管堵塞、伞端粘连所致不孕症的效果。方法选取2008年11月～2015年11月江西省高安市人民医院的90例患者随机分为对照组、观察组和治疗组，对照组30例患者采用单纯的音频电疗法治疗；观察组30例患者采用音频透药法治疗；治疗组30例患者在患者子宫穴上采用音频透药法进行治疗，对比各组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组妊娠率均明显高于对照组和观察组（50.0%，30.0%和33.3%，均P＜0.05），流产率显著低于对照组和观察组（10.0%，40.0%和20.0%，均P＜0.05）；治疗组痊愈率显著高于对照组和观察组（60.0%，46.7%和50.0%，均P＜0.05）；无效率显著低于对照组和观察组（10.0%，20.0%和20.0%，均P＜0.05）。结论在子宫穴上使用音频透药法对输卵管堵塞、伞端粘连所致不孕症具有明显疗效，与单纯的音频透药法比较，在疗效、症状改善以及妊娠率和生育率上均有显著差异。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of audio-frequency medication through Zigong acupoint(EX-CA1)on treating infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction and distal tube adhesion.Methods From November 2008 to November 2015,90 patients in our hospital were selected and evenly divided into control group,observation group and treatment group.In the control group,only audio-frequency electrical therapy was used.In the observation group,audio-frequency medication therapy was adopted.In the treatment group,audio-frequency medication through EX-CA1 was applied.The therapeutic effect in each group was compared.Results In the treatment group,the pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that of the control group and observation group(50.0%,30.0%and 33.3%,all P＜0.05),the differences were statistically significant;the abortion rate was greatly lower than that in the control group and observation groups(10.0%, 40.0%and 20.0%,all P＜0.05),the differences were statistically significant.The cure rate in the treatment group was remarkably higher than that in the control group and observation group(60.0%,46.7%and 50.0%,all P＜0.05),the differences were statistically significant.The ineffective rate was 10.0%in the treatment group,much lower than that in the control and observation group(10.0%,20.0%and 20.0%),the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Application of audio-frequency medication through EX-CA1 obtains a great effect on treating infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction and distal tube adhesion.Compared with only audio-frequency medication,there are obvious difference in effect,symptomatic improvement,pregnancy rate,and fertility rate.
