Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic treatment of ovarian cyst and its effect on the function of ovary. Methods Forty patients with ovarian cyst from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected for study, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional open surgery, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic operation. At the same time, the treatment effect of patients was observed and recorded;the operation time, amount of bleeding during the operation, use of the anus and the usage of antibiotics, the situation of the sinus of patients were recorded. Results The operation time of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the anal exhaust time of the observation group was significantly sooner than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the blood loss during the operation, the use of antibiotics and complications of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and 3,6 months after surgery, there was no statistically significant difference in the number of the antral follicle between the two groups(P>0.05);the peak time of pregnancy and pregnancy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with ovarian cyst is superior to laparotomy, shorten the operation, reduce the amount of bleeding in operation and the use of antibiotics, and lower the probability of occurrence of complications,it is worthy of clinical adoption.
