延续护理措施对肺结核患者遵医行为及其生活质量的影响

摘要目的探讨延续护理措施应用在肺结核患者中对其遵医行为和生活质量的影响情况。方法选取2014年4月～2016年4月本院肺结核患者100例作为研究对象，计算机随机分成两组，各50例。对照组给予患者常规的疾病护理和出院指导，观察组在对照组基础上采取延续护理。比较两组患者总遵医率和生活质量因子评分。结果观察组患者的总遵医率（96.00%）高于对照组（62.00%），生活质量因子评分优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在肺结核患者中应用延续护理措施能够有效提高患者的遵医行为和生活质量。

Abstract：Objective To explore the impact of extended nursing on patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and their quality of life.Methods 100 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to computer,50 cases in each group.In the control group were given routine nursing care and discharge guidance,the patients in the observation group were treated with continuous nursing.The total compliance rate and quality of life factor scores were compared between two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(52.00%),and the quality of life factor score was better than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of continual nursing measures in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively improve the compliance behavior and quality of life of patients.
