Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of extended nursing on patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and their quality of life.Methods 100 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to computer,50 cases in each group.In the control group were given routine nursing care and discharge guidance,the patients in the observation group were treated with continuous nursing.The total compliance rate and quality of life factor scores were compared between two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(52.00%),and the quality of life factor score was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continual nursing measures in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively improve the compliance behavior and quality of life of patients.
