Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of the perioperative period nursing in patients undergoing Laparoscopic uterine fibroids surgery.Methods 74 patients undergoing laparoscopic uterine fibroids surgery from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,37 cases in each group.the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given perioperative period holistic nursing.Results The operating time,amount of bleeding in observation group were compared with control group,there were no significantly differences(P>0.05);the hospitalization days were(5.67±0.83)d in observation group were less than those of control group(8.18±1.04)d(P<0.05);10 min after establishing pneumoperitoneum,the heart rate,mean arterial pressure,blood glucose in observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);at the end of the surgery,the heart rate,mean arterial pressure, blood glucose in observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);the complication rate in observation group was 10.81%,was lower than that of control group(35.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative period nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic uterine fibroids surgery can reduce the surgical stress,decrease the incidence of postoperative complications.
