Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing care in the treatment of patients with ovarian tumor after laparoscopic operation.Methods 72 patients with ovarian neoplasm were treated from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into control group and high quality group according to the order in hospital,36 cases in each group,they were given laparoscopic surgery.The control group were adopted the conventional nursing care in the perioperative period,the quality group were given the high-quality nursing care on the base of control group.The hospitalization time,the patient′s satisfaction and life quality were comparmed.Results The satisfaction of control group was 77.78%,the satisfaction of high quality group was 91.67%(P＜0.01);the recovery time and hospitalization time of control group were longer than those of high quality group(P＜0.01);the evaluation score of social integration,physical function,mental state,family relation and degree of recognition in control group were lower than those of high quality group(P＜0.01).Conclusion During the laparoscopic surgery of ovarian neoplasm,the highquality nursing care can improve the patient′s satisfaction and life quality,promote the patient′s fast recovery and shorten the hospitalization time.
