Abstract：ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of Amlodipine besylate in the treatment ofmild tomoderate hypertension in community,and to provide reliable data for clinical treatment.MethodsA total of 110 patientswithmild to moderate hypertension treated by Community Health Centre of Liangxiang Region from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as object.They were simply and randomly divided into the control group(n=55)and the observation group(n= 55).After patients were given healthy life guidance,control group was given treatment plan of oral Nifedipine,while observation group was treatment plan of oral Amlodipine besylate.After treatment,the blood pressure control level,total effective rate and incidence of adverse reaction in two groupswere observed.ResultsAfter 8 weeks treatment,the diastolic blood pressure of the patients in observation group was(86.25±4.15)mmHg,the systolic blood pressure was (118.20± 2.13)mmHg,the total effective ratewas 94.55%,and the incidence of adverse reaction was 3.64%.The above-mentioned 4 sets of data in observation group were better than those of control group[(95.23±5.30)mmHg,(143.35±5.92)mmHg, 80.00%,20.00%](P<0.05).ConclusionAmlodipine besylate is effective in the treatment ofmild tomoderate hypertension in community.It has fewer adverse reaction and convenient administration.It isworth to be promoted and applied in community.
