Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the effects of behavior modification training on life quality of chronic schizophrenia.MethodsSixty patients with chronic schizophrenia from January to December in 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 patients in each group.Control group was given the normal treatment and nursing,and the observation group was given the behavior modification training in addition,the two groups were observed for 6 months,the results were evaluated by IPROS and NOSIE-30.ResultsThe scores of IPROS in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).In NOSIE-30 score,the scores of total positive factors in the observation group was higher than those of the control group and the scores of total negative factorswas lower than those of the control group,the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.01).ConclusionThe behaviormodification training can effectively improve the social function of patientswith chronic schizophrenia.
