Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect of early high strength functional exercise on the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation.MethodsClinical data of 68 patients with cerebral hemorrhage from July 2014 to July 2016 in our hospitalwere retrospectively analyzed, patients of the two groupswere given postoperative limb function training,34 cases of the passive exercise were selected as control group, and 34 patients of the active exercise were selected as the observation group, mainly for the early strength of physical function training, and the relevant indexes and effect of patients in the two groups before and after exercise were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference between the two groups in human albumin and CD4/CD8 before exercise (P>0.05),with functional exercise, each index of two groupswere significantly increased after 14 d of exercise, the level of human albumin in the observation group and control group was(40.18±3.30),(36.16±6.77)g/L respectively, and the CD4/CD8 was(2.22±0.51)and (1.32±0.71)respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe early strength of limb function exercise can reduce the complications of patientswith cerebral hemorrhage, promote the recover of patients, and enhance the immunity.
