Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of early cluster strategy in the treatment of multiple trauma patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods From April 2013 to January 2016,52 cases of multiple trauma patients with traumatic brain injury were divided into control group(n=26)and observation group(n=26)according to the different treatment method.Patients in the control group received routine emergency treatment, and patients in the observation group were treated with early cluster therapy.Change of each index,Fugl-Meyer motor function (FMA score),Functional Independence Score (FM score),Glasgow coma scale (GCS score),and adverse event rate were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results The level of PaO2,PaCO2,PaO2/FiO2and Hb at treatment for 1,24 h of the observation group was significantly higher than thatofthe control group(P<0.05),and the levelof Lac at treament for 1,24 h of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).2 months after treatment,FMA score,FM score and GCS score in two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05);FMA score,FM score and GCS score of the observation group was significantly higher than thatof the control group(P<0.05)2 months after treatment. The adverse events ofnursing intervention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (11.54%vs. 50.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The early cluster treatment can effectively improve hemodynamic, motor function, awareness of multiple trauma patients with traumatic brain injury, reduce the incidence of adverse events, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
