小儿喘息性支气管炎应用孟鲁司特钠治疗的价值分析

摘要目的探讨小儿喘息性支气管炎应用孟鲁司特钠治疗的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月～2015年12月我院收治的100例小儿喘息性支气管炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各50例。对照组给予常规对症治疗，观察组在常规对症治疗的基础上给予持续4周的孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组的临床总有效率、咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间、气喘消失时间、住院时间以及炎性指标。结果观察组的总有效率为96%，显著高于对照组的80%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的咳嗽消失时间、哮鸣音消失时间、气喘消失时间、住院时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。两组治疗后的C反应蛋白水平、白细胞计数显著低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。观察组治疗后的C反应蛋白水平、白细胞计数显著低于对照组治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论采用孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎具有显著的临床效果，可有效缓解患者的临床症状，抑制气道内炎症反应。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis.Methods 100 cases of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,the observation group was given Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the routine symptomatic treatment for 4 weeks.The clinical total effective rate,disappeared time of cough,wheeze disappeared time,wheezing disappearance time,hospitalization time and inflammatory markers were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96%, which was higher than 80%in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The cough disappeared time,wheezing rale disappearance time,wheezing disappearance time,hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.01).The level of C reactive protein and white blood cell count after treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference(P＜0.01).The level of C reactive protein and white blood cell count after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion The using of Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis has remarkable clinical curative effect,which can effectively alleviate the patient′s clinical symptoms,restrain the airway inflammation.
