Abstract:Objective To investigate influence of dyclonine mortar used for painless urethral catheterization on recovery period restlessness in male patients with general anesthesia. Methods 120 male patients with general anesthesia diagnosed and treated by our hospital from August 2013 to August 2014 were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups.60 cases in control group were given sterile paraffin oil used for painless urethral catheterization, while 60 cases in observation group were given dyclonine mortar used for painless urethral catheterization.Change of heart rate, blood pressure and recovery period restlessness was compared between two groups respectively. Results Heart rate at T1,T2,T3,T4in observation group was significantly slower than that of control group, and diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure at T1,T2,T3,T4in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group respectively (P<0.05).Incidence rate of restlessness and restless score in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group respectively, and restless rating in observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Dyclonine mortar used for painless urethral catheterization can significantly reduce recovery period restlessness in male patients with general anesthesia, which is more conducive to stable hemodynamics and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
