Abstract:Objective To compare the application effect of minimally?spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia and caudal anesthesia in anorectal operation anesthesia. Methods 150 patients conducted anorectal operation by our hospital from September 2012 to August 2015 were retrospectively selected.50 cases given minimally spinal anesthesia were set as group A,50 cases given epidural anesthesia were set as group B,and 50 cases given Sacral anesthesia were set as group C.The operation time, the incidence rate of headache after operation, the successful rate of anesthesia puncture, onset time of anesthesia, usage dose of local anesthetics, anesthesia effect, cycle stability and so on among threes was compared respectively. Results There was no statistical difference of operation time, the incidence rate of headache after operation in patients among three groups (P>0.05).The successful rate of anesthesia puncture in group A was higher than that of group B,the pain rate of anesthesia puncture, the incidence rate of low back pain was obviously lower than that of group C,usage dose of local anesthetics was obviously fewer than that of group B and C,onset time of anesthesia was obviously shorter than that of group C,anesthesia effect, cycle stability was better than that of group B and C (P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally spinal anesthesia technology used in anorectal operation anesthesia has small puncture injury, patients more comfortable, fewer usage dose of local anesthetics, papid onset, good cycle stability and its effect is exact.
