Abstract:Objective To explore the analgesic effect of Chloroprocaine combined with Morphine via epidural anesthesia after cesarean section and its influence on inflammatory factors. Methods From February 2015 to January 2016,90 patients undergone cesarean section in our hospital were selected as research objects, and they were randomly divided into groups A,group B and group C.In group A,100 mg Pethidine by intramuscular injection was used;in group B,Chloroprocaine combined with Morphine by epidural analgesia as a continuous pump;in group C,5 mg Droperidol combined with 1.5 μg/ml Sufentanil via intravenous analgesia was adopted. The analgesic measures were performed after cesarean sections. The VAS scores and levels of inflammatory factors including IL-6 and IL-10 at 4,12,24,48 h after cesarean section, and postoperative incidence rate of adverse reactions among three groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in VAS scores at 4 h after cesarean section among three groups(P>0.05).The VAS scores at 12,24,48 h after cesarean section in group B and group C was lower than that in group A,the level of IL-6 and IL-10 at 4,12,24,48 h after cesarean section in group B and group C was all lower than that in group A,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in group B was higher than that in groups A and group C,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Chloroprocaine combined with Morphine via epidural analgesia as a continuous pump is relatively significant, but with quite a lot adverse reactions. In clinic, the targeted analgesic measures are applied based on the specific situations in patients undergone cesarean section in order to ensure the life safety of puerperae and relieve pain.
