Effects evaluation and analysis of cerebral infarction comprehensive rehabilitation therapy

Abstract：Objective To study the application meaning of cerebral infarction rehabilitation therapy. Methods 88 cerebral infarction patients who were admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2015 were randomly selected as the object.The above 88 cerebral infarction patientswere randomly divided into routine rehabilitation group（44 cases）and comprehensive rehabilitation group（44 cases）.Patients in routine rehabilitation group were used routine rehabilitation therapy and patients in comprehensive rehabilitation group were used comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.The rehabilitation effects of nerve function，differences in nerve function defect score and cognitive function score before and after intervention，differences in motor function score and activities of daily living score before and after intervention were compared.Results①Comprehensive rehabilitation group had higher nerve function rehabilitation effect compared with routine rehabilitation group（P＜0.01）.②Before intervention，the two groups had similar nerve function defect score and cognitive function score（P＞0.05）.After intervention，comprehensive rehabilitation group improved more obvious in nerve function defect score and cognitive function score compared with routine rehabilitation group（P＜0.05）.③Before intervention，the two groups had similarmotor function score and activities of daily living score（P＞0.05）.After intervention，comprehensive rehabilitation group improved more obvious in motor function score and activities of daily living score compared with routine rehabilitation group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application effects of cerebral infarction comprehensive rehabilitation therapy are definitely，which can improve nerve function and cognitive function effectively，promote the enhancing ofmotor function and activities of daily living，is helpful to patients′progress and worth to popularize.
