Abstract：Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of secondary hemorrhage after cerebral hemorrhage surgeries as vascular amyloidosis. Methods A retrospective analysiswas performed on 3 patients from July 2014 to August 2015 with secondary hemorrhage after cerebral hemorrhage surgeries in our hospital.The causes，diagnosis and treatment of secondary cerebral hemorrhage with vascular amyloidosis were analyzed.Results 3 cases of patients with secondary hemorrhage underwent imaging examinations and were radiologically diagnosed as cerebral vascular amyloidosis.Conclusion Prior to the autopsy pathology diagnosis，imaging examinations can be used as the preferred and highdiagnostic-ratemethod for diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage with vascular amyloidosis；vascular amyloidosis is the risk factor for secondary hemorrhage in post-operative patients with cerebral hemorrhage and can obtain better prognosis after treatment.
