摘要目的探讨维格列汀联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)合并糖代谢异常患者内分泌、糖代谢及脂代谢的影响。方法选择2014年7月~2015年7月在深圳恒生医院诊治的PCOS合并糖代谢异常患者92例,将其随机分成观察组及对照组,每组各46例。给予对照组二甲双胍治疗,观察组加用维格列汀,连续治疗6个月,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组的血清睾酮(T)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且两组其他内分泌指标无显著变化(P>0.05);观察组餐后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。观察组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组LDL-C 及TG水平较治疗前无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论对PCOS合并糖代谢异常患者采用维格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗,可以明显改善患者的内分泌、糖代谢和脂代谢情况,是一种有效的治疗方法。
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Vildagliptin with Metformin on glucosemetabolism in patientswith polycystic ovary syndrome with abnormal endocrine and lipid metabolism.Methods 92 cases of patientswith abnormal glucose metabolism in Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital for the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS from July 2014 to July 2015,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group.The control group was given Metformin treatment,observation group was treated with Vildagliptin and Metformin,for 6 months of continuous treatment,the effectwas compared between the two groups of patients.Results The serum level of T in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the two groups of other endocrine indexes did not change significantly (P>0.05);FPG after themeal,2 h PG and HbA1c in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group respectively (P<0.05);LDL-C and TG levels in the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),LDL-C and TG levels in the control group before treatment had no significant change (P>0.05).Conclusion For PCOS patientswith abnormal glucosemetabolism treated with combination treatment of Vildagliptin and Metformin,can significantly improve the endocrine,metabolism of glucose and lipidmetabolism,it is a kind of effective treatmentmethod.
