Abstract:Objective To analyze the impact of clinical pathway nursing on perioperative negative emotion and nursing satisfaction of patientswith uterine fibroids,and to provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods 81 patientswith uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from August 2013 to May 2016 were selected and divided into observation group(n= 47)and control group(n=34)according to different nursingmethods.Patients in the observation group were used clinical pathway nursing,and patients in the control group were used routine nursing.The hospital stays,treatment cost,depression and anxiety score,satisfaction and treatment compliance in two groups were compared.Results The hospital stays and treatment cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After intervention,depression and anxiety score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction in the observation group was 97.87%(46/47),higher than 82.35%(28/34)in the control group,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05);The treatment compliance in the observation group was 95.74%(45/47),higher than 76.47%(26/34)in the control group,and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway nursing can shorten the hospital stays of patients with uterine fibroids,decrease treatment cost,improve the perioperative negative emotion,enhance nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance,has good effects and higher application value.
