Clinical value of nursing intervention in reducing incision infection after surgery

Abstract:Objective To observe prevent effect of nursing intervention in reducing incision infection after surgery. Methods 126 patients admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group based on the order of admission,and each group was 63 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group received comprehensive and quality nursing intervention,and the nursing effect of two groupswere compared.Results after nursing,the rate of incision infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive and quality nursing intervention for patients in department of general surgery,can accelerate the healing of surgical incision,effectively reduce the incidence of incision infection,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
