摘要目的探讨品管圈活动（quality control circle，QCC）对提高手术室护理质量的效果分析。方法选取2014年1月～2015年12月我院收治的手术患者作为研究观察对象，其中2015年1月开始由手术室护士成立品管圈组织，设定以“提高手术室护理工作质量”为主题，定圈名为”精英圈”。依据QCC活动步骤拟定活动计划，包括成立小组、现况调查、分析原因和设立目标、计划实施和效果分析。对消毒隔离、设备配置、专科配合、护理安全、护理服务、护理管理进行汇总分析。另选取2014年1～12月行手术7198例患者作为对照组，观察实施品管圈活动前后不良事件发生率、患者满意度，并对开展品管圈活动前后护理质量合格率进行统计学分析。结果通过开展品管圈活动后护理安全不良事件发生率为23.5%，明显低于活动实施前的32.6%，而活动实施后满意率明显高于活动实践前，差异有统计学意义（χ2=12.986、4.185，P＜0.05）；开展品管圈活动后接送病人安全、院感控制、术中配合、术后配合、护理措施等护理质量合格率均明显高于开展品管圈活动前，差异有统计学意义（χ2=28.347、6.472、7.385、14.494、17.011，P＜0.05）。结论品管圈能有效提高护理人员参与管理意识，培养护理团队的凝聚力，是提高护理人员解决问题的能力，提高手术室护理安全管理质量。
Abstract：Objective To explore the effect analysis of quality control circle（QCC）on improving the quality of operating room nursing.Methods From January 2014 to December 2015，patients undergone surgeries admitted into our hospital were selected as research objects.QCC organization was set up by nurses in the operation room from January 2015.The theme was improvement of quality on operating room nursing，and QCC was named as elite circle.According to QCC steps，activity plans including establishment of a group，investigation on the current situation，reason analysis，goal setting，implementation of the plan，and effect analysiswere drawn up.Disinfection and isolation，layout of equipment，cooperation among special departments，nursing safety，nursing service，and nursing management were summarized and analyzed.Another group of 7198 patients undergone surgeries from January to December in 2014 was selected as control group.The incidence of adverse reactions and patient′s satisfaction before and after QCC were observed.The qualified rate of nursing quality before and after QCC was statistical analyzed.Results After carrying out QCC，the incidence of nursing adverse reactionswas 23.5%，much lower than that before QCC accounting for 32.6%.The satisfaction after the activity was greatly higher than that before with statistical differences（χ2=12.986 and 4.185，P＜0.05）.After the activity，the qualified rates of picking up patients safely，nosocomial infection control，intraoperative cooperation，postoperative cooperation，and nursingmeasureswere all obviously higher than those before QCC，which were displayed statistical differences（χ2=28.347，6.472，7.385，14.494 and 17.011，P＜0.05）.Conclusion QCC can effectively improve participative management awareness of nurses，cultivate the cohesiveness of nursing group，enhance the capacities of dealing with problems by nurses，and improve the safemanagement quality of operating room nursing.
