Abstract:Objective To analyse the usage of antibacterial drugs in our hospital outpatient clinicand to evaluate its rationality,to provide guidance for antibiotics.Methods 279 174 sheets ofoutpatient prescriptions in our hospital from April 2015 to October were selected,including 28 294 prescriptions for antimicrobial agents,to count the use of antibiotics in our hospital outpatientand to analyze the rationality of using antibioticsaccording to Guidelines for Dlinical Application of Antimicrobial Agents.Resu lts 279 174 sheets of prescription was collected,in which 28 294 antimicrobial prescription was accounted for 10.13%;The frequency of use of antimicrobial agents was 29 378 times,oral antibiotics accounted for 54.11%and antimicrobial agents for injection accounted for 39.06%;The use ofcephalosporin was accounted for 43.15%and the use ofmacrocyclic lactone was accounted for 18.34%;129 sheets of prescriptions for improper use of antibioticswasaccounted for 0.439%of allprescriptions for antimicrobial agents,including inappropriate usage and dosage,no suitable solvent and inappropriate combination therapy.Conclusion The use of antimicrobial agents in our hospitalhasa very small number of unreasonable,it is reasonable in general.In order to patients′life and health,it is necessary to increase efforts to ensure the safety and rational use of antimicrobial agents and timely response deficiencies.
