Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of personalized delivery model on delivery outcome in primipara. Methods From October 2012 to December 2014,200 full-termprimiparae to infanticipate received by our hospital were selected as research group. They were evenly divided into two groups using the random number table method. In control group, traditionaldelivery model for delivery was used.Primiparae were sent to delivery room for nursing midwifery when their cervix opened to 3 cm.In observation group, personalized delivery model namely accompany responsibility midwifery model in the whole delivery was used for midwifery. To be specific,on admission to hospital, primipara was accompanied by one senile and one standby midwife in the whole delivery including antenatal delivery guidance, accompanied labor during delivery, and breast feeding guidance after delivery. The duration of labor, the incidence rate of cesarean section, fetal distress in uterus, postpartum depression for puerpera, and Apgar score in neonate between two groups was compared respectively. Results In observation group, time of the first stage and second stage was shorter than that of control group respectively, ans postpartum hemorrhage amount was less than that in control group, the incidence rate of cesarean section, fetal distress in uterus, postpartum depression for puerpera was lower than that of control group respectively, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized delivery model can effectively shorten stage of labor in primiparae, and reduce the incidences of cesarean section, fetal distress in uterus, and postpartum depression for puerpera, reduce postpartum hemorrhage amount, and improve neonatal Apgar score, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
