Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of breast massage combined with postpartum rehabilitation instrument in primiparas.MethodsA total of 200 cases primiparas in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into study group and control group by means of random number table,100 cases in each group.Primiparas in control group were given breast massage,while primiparas in study group were given breast massage combined with postpartum rehabilitation instrument from the day of postpartum.Initial time of lactation,lactation volume,breast feeding condition, lactating function and hardness&tenderness breast in two groups were evaluated and compared.ResultsInitial time of lactation in study group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the rates of breast feeding and enough lactation yield in study group were 95.0%and 97.0%,and those in control group were 82.0%and 85.0%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);the scores of lactating function after 24 h and 48 h postpartum in study group were better than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);the hardness&tenderness breast condition in study group were better than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionIt is positive to improve lactation in primiparas by using breast massage combined with postpartum rehabilitation instrument,and it has a promotion in increasing lactation yield and breast feeding rate.At the same time,it can alleviate breast hardness and tenderness.
