Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of nursing procedure management on nursing quality of operation room. Methods 100 cases of surgical patients in our hospital were selected from December 2014 to December 2015，and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group，50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine operation room nursing，and the observation group was implemented the program management nursing intervention measures.The patients nursing satisfaction in the two groups was investigated，the score of nursing quality in the two groups was evaluated after nursing intervention.Results the scores of quality of environmental management，service quality and safety management in operation room in the observation group were higher than that of control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than that of control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The nursing process management can improve the quality of nursing in operation room，improve the patient's nursing satisfaction，and the effect is remarkable.
