Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the app1ication effect of mifepristone combined with ethacridine 1actate in metaphase induced 1abour.Methods 120 cases of 14-27 gestationa1 week，vo1untary induction of 1abor from Ju1ne 2013 to May 2015 in our hospita1 were se1ected and random1y divided into the study group and the contro1 group，60 cases in each group.The study group was given amniotic cavity injection ethacridine 1actate and ora1 administration mifepristone，the contro1 group was given amniotic cavity injection ethacridine 1actate.The induced 1abour time，postpartum 2 h b1eeding，duration of hospita1ization，effect of induced 1abor，incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups was compared. Results The induced 1abour time in the study group was shorter than that in the contro1 group，the postpartum 2 h b1eeding in the study group was 1ess than that in the contro1 group，with significant difference （P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in the duration of hospita1ization，the successfu1 rate of induced 1abor，incidence rate of adverse reaction between the two groups（P＞0.05）.Conclusion Using of mifepristone combined with ethacridine 1actate in metaphase induced 1abour can shorten induced 1abour time，decrease postpartum 2 h b1eeding，get obvious induced 1abour effect and 1ess adverse effect.
