摘要目的探讨授权教育对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。 方法选取2014年11月~2015年6月本院收治的144例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各72例。观察组给予授权教育,对照组给予传统健康教育,比较两组的糖尿病管理自我效能评分(DSES)、血糖控制情况。 结果 两组教育后的FBG、2 h PBG及HbA1c水平显著低于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组教育后的FBG、2 h PBG及HbA1c水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组教育后的DSES量表六项评分及总评分显著高于教育前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组教育后的DSES量表六项评分及总评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论授权教育能够有效激发患者的糖尿病管理主动性,更好地实现血糖控制目标。
Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the inf1uence of education for patient empowerment on the g1ycemic contro1 of gestationa1 diabetes me11itus patient.Methods 144 gestationa1 diabetes me11itus patients from November 2011 to June 2015 in our hospita1 were se1ected and random divided into the observation group and the contro1 group,72 cases in each group.The observation group was given education for patient empowerment and the contro1 group was given traditiona1 hea1th education.The score of diabetes management se1f-efficacy score(DSES),g1ycemic contro1 situation in the two groups was compared.Results The 1eve1 of FBG,2 h PBG,HbA1c after education in the two groups was 1ower than that before education,with significant difference(P<0.01).The 1eve1 of FBG,2 h PBG,HbA1c after education in the observation group was 1ower than that in the contro1 group,with significant difference(P<0.01).The score of six projects of DSES sca1e and the tota1 score after education in the two groups was higher than that before education,with significant difference(P<0.01).
