The control group used rehabilitation function training treatment methods, and the observation group used acupuncture combined with rehabilitation function training treatment. The clinical therapeutic effect, swallowing function score, complications, and quality of life score were compared. Results After treatment, the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in swallowing function score between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, the swallowing function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). During the treatment period, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
