Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Erxian Decoction combined with Heche Dazao Capsules in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with climacteric syndrome admitted to the Outpatient Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Beijing Shijingshan Hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into the study group (24 cases) and the control group (24 cases). The study group was treated with Erxian Decoction Combined with Heche Dazao Capsules, and the control group was treated with Heche Dazao Capsules. The total effective rate and the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.83%, which was higher than that the control group of 75.00%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of main clinical symptoms in the study group after treatment was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). During the treatment, there was no adverse reactions occurring in the two groups. Conclusion Erxian combined with Heche Dazao Capsules has significant effect in the treatment of climacteric syndrome, which can improve the clinical symptoms and is safe and effective.
