Effect of knowledge，attitude and practice nursing mode on mental state and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with hysteromyoma undergoing total abdominal hysterectomy

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of knowledge attitude practice nursing mode in patients with hysteromyoma undergoing abdominal hysterectomy.Methods A total of 82 patients with uterine fibroids in Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Center, Jiangxi Province from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method, 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given knowledge, attitude and practice nursing mode on the basis of the routine nursing.After 2 months of intervention, the awareness of health knowledge was compared between the two groups;before and after 2 months of intervention, the psychological status of the two groups was compared;the postoperative recovery and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The awareness of health knowledge in the observation group was 97.56%, higher than 80.49% of the control group;the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The anal exhaust time, ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were (29.06±7.75) h, (1.93±0.47) d, (12.20±4.29) d, which were shorter than (34.02±8.78) h, (2.78±1.14) d, (14.29±4.33) d in the control group;the total incidence of poor prognosis in the observation group was 4.88%, which was lower than 21.59% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The knowledge, attitude and practice nursing model can improve the awareness of health knowledge of patients with uterine fibroids undergoing abdominal hysterectomy, which is conducive to improve the psychological status of patients, accelerate the recovery after operation,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis.
