社区签约模式在产妇产后访视中的应用及对母婴健康的影响

摘要目的研究社区签约模式在产后访视中的应用及对母婴健康的影响。方法选取2018年1～12月鹰潭市妇幼保健院收治的60例产妇作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组，每组各30例。对照组产妇采用常规产后访视进行研究，观察组产妇采用社区签约模式的产后访视进行研究。比较两组产妇的产后健康状况、新生儿健康状况及护理总满意度。结果观察组产妇的母乳不足、伤口愈合不良、乳头皲裂、产后出血、产褥感染发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组新生儿的黄疸、湿疹、口腔黏膜感染、脐部感染发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组产妇的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论通过在产后访视中应用社区签约模式，能够有效提升产妇的产后健康状况，同时新生儿的健康状况和产妇的护理满意度也能够得到有效提升。

Abstract：Objective To study the application of community contracting model in postpartum visits and the impact on maternal and child health.Methods Sixty women who were admitted to the Yingtan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as subjects.The maternal women were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, and 30 patients in each group.The pregnant women in the control group were studied with routine postpartum visits, and the observation group was followed by postpartum visits using the community contract model.The postpartum health status, neonatal health status, and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups of women were compared.Results The incidence rates of insufficient breast milk, poor wound healing, cracked nipples, postpartum bleeding and puerperal infection in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The incidence rates of jaundice, eczema, oral mucosal infection and umbilical cord infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Through the application of community contract model in postpartum visit, the postpartum health status of mothers can be effectively improved, and at the same time, the health status of newborns and maternal nursing satisfaction can be effectively improved.
