Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of application of vacuum sealing drainage technology in the nursing care of patients with orthopedic trauma.MethodsAltogether 136 cases of bone trauma patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 68 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional natural rubber tube drainage combined with routine nursing intervention postoperatively;the observation group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage with the corresponding nursing;the wound curative effect, the number of wound dressing changes, healing time and patients′nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.ResultsAmong patients in the observation group, the wound was healed in 24 cases, the treatment was markedly effective in 22 cases and effective in 18 cases;the total effective rate was 95.59%,higher than that of control group(80.88%);the number of wound dressing changes and wound healing time of observation group were lower than those of control group, and patients′nursing satisfaction scores of observation group were higher than those of control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of combination of vacuum sealing drainage technology and appropriate nursing intervention treatment in patients with orthopedic trauma can promote wound healing, reduce the number of wound dressing changes and helps patients′early recovery, which improves patients′nursing satisfaction and is worthy of further promotion and application.
