Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Dizocine combined with Propofol on postoperative analgesia and agitation during recovery in patients undergoing general anesthesia. Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing general anesthesia in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected for study.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received intravenous Fentanyl 0.6 g/kg+Propofol 1 mg/kg,and the study group received intravenous Propofol 1 mg/kg+Dizocine 0.15 mg/kg.The pain scores of the two groups from postoperative to conscious time(T1)and 20 min after catheter removal(T2),restlessness and incidence of adverse reactions during recovery were compared. Results During T2,the pain score of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the two groups at T2 were lower than those at T1,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The agitation rate of patients in the study group(6.67%)was lower than that of patients in the control group(46.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the awakening period in the study group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(36.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Dizocine combined with Propofol in patients undergoing general anesthesia can significantly reduce postoperative pain and agitation, and it also can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of extensive use in clinical practice.
