Abstract:Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of serum fibrinogen,C-reactive protein (CRP) and blood routine in the diagnosis of bacterial pneumonia. Methods A total of 220 patients suspected with bacterial pneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 1,2018 to June 1,2019 were selected as research objects. All patients received serum fibrinogen,CRP and blood routine joint detection. The positive detection rate, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of different detection methods were counted, and the diagnostic value of different detection methods was compared. Results In the 220 patients,202 cases were confirmed by pathology. The positive detection rate of serum fibrinogen in patients was 70.91%,the positive detection rate of CRP was 67.27%,the positive detection rate of routine blood test was 65.45%,and the positive detection rate of combined detection was 87.27%.The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined detection were higher than those of single detection, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of serum fibrinogen,CRP and blood routine detection were not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum fibrinogen,CRP and routine blood test can provide reference for the diagnosis of bacterial pneumonia.
