Abstract:Objective To explore effect of rehabilitation therapy in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during stable phase. Methods 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during stable phase treated in our community from March 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, each group 40 cases.Patients in control group were given drug treatment, while patients in observation group were given drug combined rehabilitation therapy, curative effect, improved pulmonary function, quality of survival, breathing improvement and activity endurance were compared between two groups. Results Treatment effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%,significantly higher than 82.50%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FVC,FEV1,FEV1%, FEV1/FVC after treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).COPD life quality evaluation scale,6 MWT,Borg scale,SGRQ scores after treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during stable phase has significant effect, can improve lung function, improve sports ability and enhance quality of life, which has a positive clinical significance.
