Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of three antiviral drugs in the treatment of pregnancy with AIDS.MethodsA total of 120 cases of pregnant women with AIDS were selected from January 2010 to December 2016 in Duanzhou area hospital of Zhaoqing city,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,each group had 60 cases.The control group was treated with Zidovudine Tablets and Lamivudine Tablets.The observation group was treated with Zidovudine Tablets,Lamivudine Tablets and Nevirapine Tablets.Statisticsand analysis with pregnancy,fetal survival,blocking effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groupswere compared.ResultsIn this study,the follow-up rate was 100%.There were no significant differences in the mode of delivery and fetal survival between the two groups(P>0.05).The success rate of the observation group (100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group (91.67%)(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions and the incidence of adverse events in the two groups had no significantly different(P>0.05).ConclusionThe combination of Zidovudine Tablets,Lamivudine Tablets,Nevirapine Tablets can effectively reduce the probability of mother to child transmission of AIDS,and has a certain degree of safety.
