Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of intrauterine spinal anesthesia on the outcome of pregnancy and the prognosis of neonates.Methods120 cases of pregnant women using anesthesia labor analgesia in our hospital were selected from December 2015 to September 2016,which were evenly divided into control group and observation group randomly,60 cases in each group.Spinal anesthesia block anesthesia was used in the control group when the cervix opened more than 3 cm during the active period, while the cervix opened for 1-2 cm during the latency in the observation group. The first and second birth time, incidence of compliance, cesarean section, neonatal Apgar score and VAS score of patients 5,30,60 min after the labor analgesia were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe labor time, the vaginal delivery rate of the delivery group were significantly bett than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the VAS score of the observation group 5,30,60 min after the labor analgesia were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Apgar score 1 min after birth in the observation group [(8.30±1.24)scores]was significantly higher than that in the control group [(7.08±1.05)scores],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIntermittent period of spinal canal anesthesia labor analgesia can quickly relieve maternal pain, improve the outcome of pregnant women and perinatal outcome, worthy of clinical promotion.
