Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of vaginal ultrasound combined with serum human chorionic gonadotropin (β -HCG), progesterone (P) and estradiol (E2) in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods From May 2017 to August 2021, 34 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were transferred to other hospitals for surgery or follow-up were selected as the observation group, and another 34 patients with normal pregnancy during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were examined by transvaginal ultrasound, and blood samples were taken to detect β-HCG, P, E2 indexes, and analyzed the diagnostic efficacy of transvaginal ultrasound and serum indexes.Results The β-hCG, P, E2 index levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate of vaginal ultrasound, serum indicators and combined diagnosis was significantly different (P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of vaginal ultrasound, serum index and combined diagnosis (P<0.05).And the sensitivity and accuracy of combined diagnosis were higher than those of vaginal ultrasound and serum indexes, and the specificity was higher than those of serum indexes, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.017).The accuracy of vaginal ultrasound was higher than serum index, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.017).Conclusion The application of vaginal ultrasound combined with serum β-hCG, P, E2 examination in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has certain diagnostic value, which greatly improves the accuracy of clinical diagnosis, avoids missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, and provides an effective reference for the development of later diagnosis and treatment activities.
