Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Micronized Progesterone and Dydrogesterone Tablets on abnormal uterine bleeding-ovulatory dysfunction (AUB-O) and their influences on endocrine function of patients. Methods A total of 117 AUB-O patients admitted to Xinyu People′s Hospital between May 2019 and December 2020 were selected as subjects and divided into group A (n=39), group B (n=39) and group C (n=39) according to random number table method.Group A was treated with Progesterone injection, group B was treated with Micronized Progesterone Capsules, and group C was treated with Dydrogesterone Tablets. The curative effect, changes in levels of endocrine function indexes (luteinizing hormone [LH], serum estradiol [E2], follicle stimulating hormone [FSH]) before and after treatment, and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups. Results There was no significant difference in total clinical effective rate among the three groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of LH, E2, FSH and endometrial thickness in group C were lower than those in group A and group B, and the menstrual volume in group C was lower than that in group A and group B, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).There were no severe adverse reactions in any group. Conclusion Both Progesterone and Dydrogesterone Tablets can significantly improve endocrine function and endometrial thickness in AUB-O patients, and regulate menstrual volume, with high safety. The improvement effect of Dydrogesterone Tablets is more significant, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
