摘要目的探讨改良护理措施在老年2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年4月~2017年4月我科收治的99例老年2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组(50例)及对照组(49例),研究组患者采用改良护理措施,对照组患者采用常规护理措施。比较两组患者ESS评分、FPG、2 h BG、HbA1c及临床疗效。结果 护理后,研究组患者的ESS评分高于对照组,FPG、2 h BG低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的HbA1c比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者的总有效率(80.0%)高于对照组(57.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 改良护理措施有助于提高老年2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的ESS评分,降低空腹和餐后2 h血糖,改善临床疗效,值得推广。
Abstract:Objective To study application of improved nursing care on senile type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods The 99 senile type 2 diabetes patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction who treated in our department were selected as subjects from April 2015 to April 2017,and they were randomly divided into two groups:research group of 50 cases and control group of 49 cases.The patients in research group were received improved nursing care and patients in control group were received routine nursing care.The ESS score,FPG,2 h BG,HbA1c and clinical efficacy were compared respectively between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The ESS score of research group was higher than that of control group,FPG and 2 h BG of research group were lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in HbA1c(P>0.05).The rate of efficiency in the research group(80.5%)was higher than that of the control group (57.8%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved nursing measures can improve the ESS score of senile type 2 diabetes patients complicated with cerebral infarction,reduce FPG and 2 h BG,improve clinical efficacy and is worthy of promotion.
