Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of continuous stage-based nursing on postoperative pain degree and lactation function in pregnant women with cesarean section. Methods A total of 65 pregnant women with cesarean section who were treated in Shangrao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Jiangxi Province from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the control group (n=33) and the observation group (n=32) by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given continuous stage-based nursing based on control group. The score of numerical rating scale (NRS), postpartum lactation function and postoperative recovery of pregnant women were compared between the two groups. Results The NRS scores of the two groups′women after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the NRS scores of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The lactation initiation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the lactation output at 24 h postpartum was more than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The first anal exhaust time, the first defecation time, the time to get out of bed and the incision healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous stage-based nursing can alleviate postoperative pain degree of pregnant women, shorten the starting time of lactation, increase postpartum 24 h milk yield, improve lactation function, and promote postoperative recovery.
