Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of Dexmedetomidine and Sufentanil in preventing adverse reactions of Carboprost Tromethamine during cesarean section. Methods A total of 90 primiparas undergoing elective cesarean section under combined spinal epidural anesthesia in Chongqing Health Center for Women and Children from January to June 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the Dexmedetomidine group(group D),the Sufentanil group(group S)and the normal saline group(group C)according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. All the three groups were injected with Carboprost Tromethamine in the uterine body during the operation. At the same time, group D was given Dexmedetomidine intravenously, group S was given Sufentanil intravenously, and group C was given normal saline intravenously. The amount of intraoperative rehydration, intraoperative blood loss, urine volume and adverse reactions were recorded. The mean blood pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),respiration rate(RR)and pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2)were compared with each other in Rest for 10 min(baseline),immediately after intramuscular injection(T0),2 min after injection(T2),5 min after injection(T5),10 min after injection(T10)and at the end of operation between the three groups, and the Ramsay sedation score were observed. Results There was no statistical significance in intraoperative fluid rehydration, intraoperative blood loss and urine volume among the three groups(P>0.05).The MAP at T2,T5,T10 and end of group D was lower than that of group C,and the MAP at T10 and end of group D was lower than that of group S,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HR of group D at T2,T5,T10 and end was lower than that of group C and group S,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The RR of group D was lower than that of group S and group C at the end,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SpO2 levels among the three groups at each time point(P>0.05).The intraoperative Ramsay sedation score of group D and S was better than that of group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea, vomiting and chills in group D and S was lower than that in group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.017).Conclusion In cesarean section, intrauterine injection of Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Dexmedetomidine or Sufentanil can play a sedative effect, effectively reduce the incidence of headache, nausea, vomiting and shivering, but Dexmedetomidine can inhibit the increase of blood pressure and heart rate, and the hemodynamics is more stable.
