神经内镜手术联合脑血疏口服液治疗自发性脑出血的临床效果

摘要目的探讨神经内镜手术联合脑血疏口服液治疗自发性脑出血的临床效果。方法选取2018年11月—2020年11月武汉科技大学附属武汉亚心总医院收治的72 例自发性脑出血患者作为研究对象，按照掷硬币法分为对照组（37 例）与实验组（35 例）。两组均行神经内镜脑血肿清除术，对照组术后行常规治疗，实验组在对照组基础上加用脑血疏口服液。比较两组的住院时间，术后1 个月时格拉斯哥昏迷评分（GCS）、改良Rankin 评分（mRS）、Barthel 指数评分。结果实验组的住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术前两组的GCS、mRS、Barthel 指数评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术后1 个月，实验组的GCS 评分、Barthel 指数评分高于对照组，mRS 评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论神经内镜脑血肿清除术后联合脑血疏口服液治疗自发性脑出血，可改善患者预后，缩短患者住院时间。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of neuroendoscopic surgery combined with Naoxueshu Oral Solution in the treatment of spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 72 patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Wuhan Asia General Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects and divided into control group(37 cases)and experimental group(35 cases)according to coin toss method.Both groups received neuroendoscopic cerebral hematoma removal,the control group received conventional treatment after surgery,the experimental group on the basis of the control group added Naoxueshu Oral Solution.The length of stay in the two groups was compared,and the Glasgow coma score(GCS),modified Rankin score(mRS)and Barthel index score were compared one month after surgery.Results The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in GCS,mRS and Barthel index scores between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).One month after operation,the GCS score and Barthel index score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,while the mRS score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neuroendoscopic cerebral hematoma removal combined with Naoxueshu Oral Solution treatment of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage can improve the prognosis of patients and shorten the length of hospital stay.
