微型钢板内固定手术对掌指骨开放性骨折患者手部功能的改善效果

摘要目的分析掌指骨开放性骨折患者选择微型钢板内固定手术对手部功能的改善效果。方法选取2018年1月～2020年8月湖北省荆州市第三人民医院收治的54例掌指骨开放性骨折患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组，每组各27例。对照组患者应用常规手术治疗，观察组患者采用微型钢板内固定手术，比较两组患者的并发症总发生率、手术时间、愈合时间、住院时间、恢复需要时间及手部功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的骨折愈合时间、住院时间、恢复需要时间短于对照组，手术时间长于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者治疗后的手部功能优良率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论微型钢板内固定手术是治疗掌指骨开放性骨折的常用方案，具有明显的治疗优势，加快患者的术后恢复速度，减少并发症的出现，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the improvement effect of hand function in patients with open metacarpal and phalangeal fractures treated with mini plate internal fixation.Methods A total of 54 patients with open metacarpal and phalangeal fractures treated in the Third People′s Hospital of Jingzhou City in Hubei Province from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 27 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional surgery,and patients in the observation group were treated with microplate internal fixation.The total incidence of complications,operation time,healing time,hospital stay,recovery time and hand function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The fracture healing time,hospitalization time and recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the operation time was longer than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The excellent and good rate of hand function in observation group was higher than that in control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Miniature plate internal fixation is a common method for the treatment of open metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.It has obvious therapeutic advantages,speeds up the postoperative recovery of patients and reduces the occurrence of complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
