Abstract:Objective To explore the curative effect of shoulder arthroscopy on sports skeletal typeⅠandⅡBankart injuries. Methods A total of patients with sports skeletal typeⅠandⅡBankart injuries admitted to Changchun Orthopedic Hospital from May 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects. All patients were reduced under shoulder arthroscopy and metal suture anchors were used at the same time, accepted nail fixation treatment, accepted postoperative rehabilitation exercise, the Rowes score and the University of California Shoulder System(UCLA)score were evaluated before and after surgery, and the patient′s shoulder joint activity before and after surgery were compared with Constant-Murley score,American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery(ASES)score and other indicators. Results After treatment,Rowes score and UCLA score were both higher than before treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant difference in the angles of shoulder flexion and elevation, lateral external rotation and internal rotation before and after treatment(P>0.05),the Constant-Murley score and ASES score after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shoulder arthroscopy with wire anchoring technology has a good effect on the treatment of sports skeletal type I and II Bankart injuries. The postoperative healing speed is fast and the trauma is small. It is worthy of in-depth clinical investigation.
